The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Austin Martyn was charged on Nov. 21 with burglary, a felony.

• Peter Joseph Dillman was charged on Nov. 28 with invasion of the home, a felony; and domestic battery, second offense, a misdemeanor.

• Dylan Matthew Palmer was charged on Nov. 28 with unlawful use of a controlled substance; sexual assault; false imprisonment; and sexually motivated coercion, all felonies; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Ryan Montez Brown was charged on Nov. 28 with second degree kidnapping and invasion of the home, both felonies; and criminal contempt and domestic battery, both misdemeanors.

• Stephen Joseph Sullivan was charged on Nov.28 with offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense; unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; child abuse and neglect, a gross misdemeanor.

• Misty Dawn Toldt was charged on Nov.28 with offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense; unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; child abuse and neglect, a gross misdemeanor.

• Jack Freeland Allen was charged on Nov. 30 with battery with use of a deadly weapon and assault with a deadly weapon, both felonies.

• Edward Oppelt was charged on Nov. 30 with grand larceny of a motor vehicle, a felony.

• Marsha April Brooker was charged on Nov. 29 with injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor.

• Ronald Wayne Anderson was charged on Nov. 3 with violation of order for protection against domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

• Maria De La Luz Mireles-Silvas was charged on Nov. 17 with prohibited U-turns, a misdemeanor.

• Justin Lee was charged on Nov. 17 with assault, a misdemeanor.

• Gary E. Wilson Jr., was charged on Nov. 17 with battery, assault, and disturbing the peace, all misdemeanors.

• Debra Annamarie Sunderland was charged on Nov. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or prohibited substance, a misdemeanor.

• Corey Lee DeMille was charged on Nov. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Kevin Dennis Guinan was charged on Nov. 17 with battery, disturbing the peace and harassment, all misdemeanors.

• Justin Lee Graham was charged on Nov. 17 with offense involving stolen property, a misdemeanor.

• Richard Andrew Nichols was charged on Nov. 17 with unlawful trespass upon land and disturbing the peace, both misdemeanors.

• Sonny Ray Weider was charged on Nov. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol; driving without a valid license, security for payment of tort liabilities required; and vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, all misdemeanors.

• Shawn Adam Kooi was charged on Nov. 21 with theft, a misdemeanor.

• Ernie Leroy Tucker was charged on Nov. 22 with battery, two counts, a misdemeanor.

• Austin Martyn was charged on Nov. 28 with petit larceny and obtaining money under false pretenses, both misdemeanors.

• Gina L. DeAngelis was charged on Nov. 28 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
