The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Dennis Steven Steinke was charged on Sept. 26 with sex offender failure to complete annual verification and sex offender failure to update information, both felonies.

• Matthew Ryan Koehler was charged on Sept. 28 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Crystal Yvonne Austin was charged on Sept. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol, with prior felony DUI conviction, a felony.

• Laura Ann Blackburn was charged on Sept. 28 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Richard Michael Thomas Burnell was charged on Sept. 29 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

• Jeffrey David Slocum was charged on Nov. 3 with second degree kidnapping, battery with use of a deadly weapon, coercion and habitual criminal, all felonies.

• Zachary Pryor was charged on Nov. 9 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (Schedule I or II), both felonies.

• Mason Kenneth Cowley was charged on Nov. 14 with domestic battery, a felony.

• Hayden Craig Oshaunecy was charged on Nov. 7 with assault with a deadly weapon, four counts, a felony; and aiming a firearm at a human being; discharging a firearm where person might be endangered, a gross misdemeanor.

• William Richard Barter was charged on Nov. 8 with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony.

• Manuel Jorge Ribeiro was charged on Nov. 10 with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony and battery, a misdemeanor.

• Esta May Elliott was charged on Nov. 16 with theft, a felony.

• Christopher Arnold Goergen was charged on Nov. 16 with grand larceny of a motor vehicle, a felony.

• Ted Timothy James Barclay was charged on Nov. 16 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Whitney Hawker was charged on Nov. 16 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Charles Daniel Galloway II was charged on Nov. 17 with aggravated stalking with use of a deadly weapon and assault with a deadly weapon, both felonies.

• Kenneth Avery Penner was charged on Nov. 17 with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony and duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property, a misdemeanor.

• Jeramie David Marquez was charged on Nov. 22 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Zachary Michael Harper was charged on Nov. 21 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, a felony.

• Peter John Nicastro was charged on Nov. 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Ron E. Jensen Jr. was charged on Nov. 23 with preventing or dissuading victim, person acting on behalf of victim, or witness from reporting crime, commencing prosecution or causing arrest, a felony; false imprisonment, a gross misdemeanor, and domestic battery and injury to other property, both misdemeanors.

• Justin A. Cain was charged on Sept. 28 with injury to other property, $25 to $250, a misdemeanor.

• Crystal Yvonne Austin was charged on Sept. 29 with attempted leaving the scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property and battery, both misdemeanors.

• Miles Weir was charged on Oct. 26 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Donald Michael Verhamme was charged on Nov. 8 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Alyn Dawson was charged on Nov. 3 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Curtis Marquis Weir was charged on Oct. 31 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Don Jeffery Carter was charged on Nov. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Cassandra Niccolebarba Canlas was charged on Oct. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Carolyn Hock was charged on Nov. 10 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• John Tony Whitesell was charged on Nov. 15 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Ronald Kramer was charged on Nov. 8 with battery and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Sean Alan South Jr., was charged on Nov. 15 with offense involving stolen property, a misdemeanor.
