• Israel Staley was charged on Feb. 13 with lewdness with a child under 14 years of age, a felony.

• Ryan O. Henderson was charged on Feb. 11 with assault with a deadly weapon and coercion, both felonies.

• Jeffrey Allan Horton was charged on Feb. 26 with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony.

• Gary Marion Costa-Ayres was charged on Feb. 24 with battery by a prisoner, two counts, both felonies.

• Timothy James Persson was charged on Feb. 26 with violation of extended order for protection against stalking, aggravated stalking, or harassment, a felony; and use of system providing telephone number to be used in emergency when no actual or perceived emergency exists, a gross misdemeanor.

• Jacob Michael McDonald was charged on Feb. 25 with injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor; domestic battery, second offense, a misdemeanor; and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Robert Gerthner was charged on Feb. 13 with battery on an older person, a gross misdemeanor and battery, a misdemeanor.

• Richard James Montoya was charged on Feb. 25 with injury to property, a gross misdemeanor; and assault, two counts, both felonies.

• Gail Marie Corrow was charged on Feb. 24 with theft, a misdemeanor.

• Sandra Graham Hamlin was charged on Feb. 24 with duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property and immediate notice to police officer of accident involving unattended vehicle or other property, both misdemeanors.
