Robert Gordon Kocher was charged on April 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol with prior conviction, a felony.

David Adam Nichols was charged on April 21 with burglary, two counts, and theft, both felonies and conspiracy to commit theft, a gross misdemeanor.

Elizabeth Sarah Larson was charged on April 21 with burglary, four counts, and theft, both felonies, and conspiracy to commit theft, a gross misdemeanor.

Kimberly Lynn Fairbank was charged on April 18 with theft, a felony.

Ruben Ruiz Palomino was charged on April 22 with battery by a prisoner and possession of dangerous weapon by incarcerated person, both felonies.

Christine Winters was charged on April 19 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Diane Lee Lake was charged on April 20 with burglary; uttering forged instrument, two counts; obtaining money under false pretenses, two counts; establishing or possessing financial forgery laboratory; offense involving stolen property; obtaining and using personal identifying information of an older person to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, five counts; possession or sale of document or personal identifying information to establish false status or identity, 18 counts, all felonies.

Michael John Dube was charged on April 18 with possession of a controlled substance; obtaining or possessing credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit card, credit account or debit card without consent of cardholder, 16 counts; obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose, 66 counts, all felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, certain unlawful acts and security for payment of tort liabilities required, all misdemeanors.

Kurtis Matthew Riley was charged on April 22 with invasion of the home, a felony; false imprisonment, a gross misdemeanor; and domestic battery, injury to other property, petit larceny, and battery, all misdemeanors.

Bradford Bryant Skelton was charged on April 22 with child abuse and neglect, a gross misdemeanor; battery, two counts, and domestic battery, both misdemeanors.

Brandy Renee Van Skike was charged on April 22 with child abuse and neglect, a gross misdemeanor; and battery, a misdemeanor.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
