• Richard Michael Moutray was charged on May 18 with burglary and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; possession of instrument with burglarious intent, a gross misdemeanor; resisting public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Andrew Michael Galgani was charged on May 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense, a felony.

• Gina Kay Moore was charged on April 29 with grand larceny, a felony.

• Kyle B. Webb was charged on May 13 with offense involving stolen vehicle, a felony.

• Christopher Daniel Badia was charged on May 6 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Brooke Briann Marquez was charged on May 17 with robbery from an older person, robbery, burglary, and child abuse and neglect, two counts, all felonies.

• Jonathan Neal Hibbard was charged on May 13 with unlawful taking of a vehicle, a gross misdemeanor.

• Daniel Lee Murphy was charged on May 13 with unlawful acts against certain public utilities, a misdemeanor.

• Jacob A. Noel was charged on May 13 with animals running at large, permitting animal to attack animal of another, and harassment, first offense, all misdemeanors.
