• Christopher Jesionowski was charged on June 2 with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony.

• Deanna Tovar was charged on May 22 with engaging in business or submitting bid without contractor’s license, third offense and obtaining money under false pretenses, both felonies.

• Dustin Leslie Pryor was charged on May 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; unlawful trespass upon land and disturbing the peace, both misdemeanors.

• Ky Thomas Schneider was charged on May 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol; movement and signals for turning; signal for stopping or decreasing speed, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Taylor Anne Demaranville was charged on May 28 with reckless driving; vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, both misdemeanors.

• Thomas Martin Rodriguez was charged on May 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance; duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property; security for payment of tort liabilities required; operating motor vehicle without registration or plate; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

Pinkbox opening in Pahrump Nugget

Motorcycle rider flown to UMC Trauma

Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis told the Pahrump Valley Times that crews were dispatched to a report of a serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sandpebble Street and Kellogg Road on the south end of the valley at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
