District Attorney’s report, April 22

Kurtis Matthew Riley was charged on April 18 with burglary, a felony; theft, and obtaining money under false pretenses, both misdemeanors.

Dominic Arcangelo Cocco was charged on March 29 with robbery with use of a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a firearm, and being an accessory to robbery and/or burglary while in possession of a firearm; and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies.

Norman Frank Stevens was charged on April 14 with statutory sexual seduction and destroying evidence, both gross misdemeanors; and contributory delinquency, a misdemeanor.

James Tantillo was charged on April 15 with basic speed and unlawful acts concerning display, operation or registration of motor vehicle, both misdemeanors.

Jacob William Beraldo was charged on April 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and purchase, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor, all misdemeanors.

Lisa M. Gregory was charged on April 15 with possession of a dangerous drug without prescription, a gross misdemeanor; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Michelle Irene Doran was charged on April 14 with cruelty to animals, a misdemeanor.

Tyler John Pohlman was charged on April 8 with battery and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

Theresa Jean Stevens was charged on April 14 with destroying evidence, a misdemeanor.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
