• James Gary Tacia was charged on Jan. 28 with failing to appear, a felony.

• Debra Anne Hagler-Rizzo was charged on Feb. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense and driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended, both misdemeanors.

• Robert Alan Steinberg was charged on Feb. 10 with battery with use of a deadly weapon and assault with a deadly weapon, both felonies.

• Tyler James Whitefield was charged on Feb. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Daryl Edward Vallejos was charged on Feb. 24 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance; failure to maintain travel lane; duty of driver to decrease speed under certain circumstances; and duty to stop at scene of accident involving death or personal injury, all misdemeanors.

• Destiny Ronnisha St. Walley was charged on Feb.19 with domestic battery, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Marco Antonio Soto was charged on Feb. 13 with battery, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Nicolas Shane Goodey was charged on Feb. 4 with vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop.’

• David Leland England was charged on Feb. 4 with having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.

• Mark Elmer Schoentag was charged on Feb. 10 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, following too closely, and duty of driver to decrease speed under certain circumstances, all misdemeanors.

• James Max Jones was charged on Feb. 11 with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle and injury to other property, both misdemeanors.

• Chas Mackenzie Martin was charged on Feb. 11 with assault, two counts; battery, two counts; and harassment, two counts, all misdemeanors.

• Miguel Anjel Meza was charged on Feb. 11 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Dawn Marie Bennett was charged on Feb. 11 with throwing deadly missile(s) and battery, both misdemeanors.

• Anna Louise Goetz was charged on Feb. 11 with throwing deadly missile(s) and battery, both misdemeanors.
