• Vincent Monte Montoya was charged on Oct. 2 with child abuse and neglect, domestic battery with priors and domestic battery by strangulation, all felonies.

• Rikki Lee Wells was charged on Dec. 11 with robbery, a felony.

• Jimmy W. Dorado was charged on Dec. 11 with fraudulent use of credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit account or debit card, a felony.

• Jon Samuel Stevenson was charged on Dec. 8 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; tail lamps required; driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• James H. Droge was charged on Dec. 10 with battery with use of a deadly weapon, a felony.

• Christopher Zachary Salcido was charged on Dec. 16 with domestic battery (strangulation), a felony.

• John J. Trapini was charged on Dec. 23 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, six counts and offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense, two counts, all felonies.

• Alfred Christopher Gonzales was charged on Dec. 10 with felon in possession of firearm, two counts, both felonies.

• William Lee Raney was charged on Dec. 19 with fourth degree arson, a felony and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Roxanna Marie King, aka Roxanna Marie Brooker, aka Roxanna Marie Davis, aka Roxanna Marie Jones, aka Roxanna Marie Jordan was charged on Dec. 11 with no driver’s license in possession; driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle, all misdemeanors and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance, third offense, a felony.

• Pietro Mariano Sr., was charged on Dec. 19 with burglary, a felony and petit larceny, three counts, misdemeanors.

• Colby Smith was charged on Dec. 10 with child abuse and neglect, a gross misdemeanor.

• James Whitrock was charged on Dec. 19 with abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person, a gross misdemeanor.

• Joseph Brady was charged on Dec.12 with indecent or obscene exposure, a gross misdemeanor.

• Keith Dale Tesch was charged on Dec. 18 with injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor, and driving under the influence of alcohol, unsafe backing and head lamps required, all misdemeanors.

• Joseph Brandon Tarragano was charged on Dec. 19 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Jason Marvin McClain was charged on Dec. 17 with unlawful trespass upon land, resisting public officer and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, all misdemeanors.

• Carolina Mae Patton was charged on Dec. 10 with assault upon an officer and interfering with a public officer, both gross misdemeanors.

• Jermaine Derrell Cooper, aka Jermaine Derrell Turner, aka Jermaine D. Turner was charged on Dec. 12 with prohibited acts of convicted sex offender, second offense, a felony and failure of convicted person to notify local law enforcement officer of change of address, a misdemeanor.

• John Richard Sanchez was charged on Dec. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Tammy Lynn Van Dyke was charged on Dec. 10 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Michelle L. Foreman was charged on Dec. 12 with duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property, a misdemeanor.
