District Attorney’s report, July 15

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office

Cesar Alejandro Clemente-Perez was charged on July 5 with lewdness with a child under 14 years of age; sexual assault upon a child under 16 years of age; and first degree kidnapping, two counts, all felonies.

Robert John Windle was charged on offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense, a felony.

George Phillip Humel was charged on June 29 with arson with intent to defraud insurer; third degree arson; insurance fraud; attempt theft, all felonies and throwing substance at or willfully damaging bicycle or motor vehicle, a gross misdemeanor.

Penny J. Wolke was charged on June 29 with attempt theft, a felony.

Brett Alan Linder was charged on July 5 with burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Thomas Dean Seidschlaw was charged on July 6 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Mark Edward Rambo was charged on July 6 with injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor.

Stephen Phillip Lowery was charged on July 6 with child abuse and neglect; battery upon a peace officer; challenges to fight; and intimidating public officer, all gross misdemeanors; resisting public officer, two counts and disturbing the peace, both misdemeanors.

Monica S. Hoff was charged on July 6 with battery, a misdemeanor.

Christal Dawn Edwards was charged on July 6 with battery, a misdemeanor.

Stanley A. LaFortune was charged on July 6 with driving while license cancelled, revoked, or suspended; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; and driving under the influence of alcohol, all misdemeanors.

Justin Andrew Lopez was charged on July 5 with violation of temporary or extended domestic violence protective order, a misdemeanor.

Brandon R. Flores was charged on July 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol and basic speed, both misdemeanors.

Twyla Tahrea Garnett-Powada was charged on July 1 with battery, a misdemeanor.

Clayton Andrew Walker was charged on July 1 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Camille Ann Anderson was charged on July 1 with theft, a misdemeanor.

Nye County Sheriff Joe McGill told the Pahrump Valley Times the incident occurred at a residence along Bunarch Road at approximately 7:30 a.m. on May 14.

Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis told the Pahrump Valley Times that crews were dispatched to a report of a serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sandpebble Street and Kellogg Road on the south end of the valley at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
