District Attorney’s report, March 25

Christopher Allen Aker was charged on March 3 with neglect, isolation or abuse of an older person, a felony; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Jennifer Lavae Marsden was charged on March 14 with possession of a controlled substance, three counts; unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies; driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; failure to maintain travel lane; resident operating vehicle registered out of state; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

Jeni Lee Bermudez aka Jeni Lee Bright was charged on March 14 with grand larceny of motor vehicle and offense involving stolen vehicle, both felonies.

Jerrid Lawrence Maurice Hutchison was charged on March 17 with unlawful acts related to human excrement or bodily fluid, a felony.

James Robert Fournier was charged on March 16 with coercion, a felony.

Johnathan David Murphy was charged on March 16 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Eric John Bowers was charged on March 16 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose; uttering forged instrument, two counts; theft from older person; attempted theft from older person; and offense involving stolen vehicle, all felonies.

Julie Stone was charged on March 17 with eluding peace officer with endangerment to person(s) or property; and child abuse or neglect, both felonies; and misuse of 9-1-1 system, a misdemeanor.

Steven A. Suttles was charged on March 21 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; vehicle entering intersection marked “stop”; and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Donna Ann Hale was charged on March 11 with theft, a misdemeanor.
