District Attorney’s report, Sept. 25

• Christopher Lee Scholtka was charged on July 15 with failure to appear after admission to bail, a felony.

• Matthew Ryan Koehler was charged on Sept. 9 with obtaining or possessing credit card without consent of cardholder, a felony; and obtaining money or property under false pretenses, a misdemeanor.

• Cory Edward Holliday was charged on Sept. 9 with burglary, a felony; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Allen Williamson was charged on Sept. 15 with burglary, robbery and false imprisonment, all felonies.

• James Howard Dempsey was charged on Sept. 15 with burglary, two counts; and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Daniel Joseph Wright was charged on Sept. 16 with burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies; and offense involving stolen property, a misdemeanor.

• Lucus W. Jenree was charged on Sept. 17 with discharging firearm at or into a structure, a felony.

• Derrick Lee Davis was charged on Sept. 17 with failure to appear after admission to bail, a felony.

• Brian Michael Williams was charged on Sept. 4 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Jami Lee Hollinshead was charged on Sept. 4 with battery and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis told the Pahrump Valley Times that crews were dispatched to a report of a serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sandpebble Street and Kellogg Road on the south end of the valley at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
