The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Charles Adam Kukes Jr., was charged on April 19 with battery with use of a deadly weapon, a felony.

• Keele Jean Massey was charged on April 21 with theft, a felony.

• Ellis Kopka was charged on April 21 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; possession of dangerous weapon, first offense, a gross misdemeanor; and hitchhiking and crossing other than at crosswalk, both misdemeanors.

• Michelle Renee Butler was charged on April 24 with violation of extended harassment/stalking protective order, a felony.

• Jessica Alexis Console aka Jessica Alexis Hodge was charged on April 21 with theft, a felony.

• Jacki L. Freeman was charged on April 25 with theft, a felony.

• Nicole S. Zawacki was charged on April 26 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony and battery, a misdemeanor.

• Justin Lee Graham was charged on May 1 with burglary and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; and battery, a misdemeanor.

• Joseph David Erickson was charged on May 2 with burglary and habitual criminal, both felonies; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Raymond J. Mann was charged on May 2 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Calvin Beasley was charged on May 2 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Ronald Earl McQueen was charged on May 2 with intimidating public officer, a gross misdemeanor.

• Ashley Marie Briehof was charged on May 3 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Oscar Molina Collazo was charged on May 3 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Conrad Deckeon Jimenez was charged on May 4 with battery by probationer, two counts, a felony.

• Calvin Beasley Jr. was charged on May 5 with trafficking in schedule I controlled substances, 4 to 14 grams; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedule I or II); offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, second offense, two counts, all felonies; and attempted conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, a felony or gross misdemeanor.

• Jolyn Virginia Aley was charged on May 1 with child abuse or neglect; assault upon an officer by a prisoner; and battery by a prisoner, all felonies; driving under the influence of alcohol; speeding, 21 to 30 mph or over; obstructing a public officer, three counts; and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Gertrudes Acadre Schwartz was charged on April 14 with engaging in business without license unlawful, a misdemeanor.

• Gina Louise Bustillos was charged on April 19 with misuse of 9-1-1 system and indecent or obscene exposure, both gross misdemeanors.

• Hunter Lee Harding was charged on April 21 with injury to property, a misdemeanor.

• Anthony Paul Henriott was charged on April 21 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Alejandro Nahum Yepez-Arambula was charged on April 24 with driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended, a misdemeanor.

• Jason Ira Skinner was charged on April 24 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Steven Mueller was charged on April 25 with lighted lamps required; failure to use turn signal; stop required on signal of peace officer; certain unlawful acts; driving without a valid license; security for payment of tort liabilities required; and obstructing a public officer, all misdemeanors.
