Betty Heil is 86 and is seen above earning a gold medal in the shot put. At her age she still proudly competes in the Senior Olympic Games in the shot put and javelin. She recently went to the National Senior Games in Minneapolis, Minnesota in August, where she took home a gold and a silver medal in the shot put and javelin.
