District Attorney’s report

• Michael Ray Garry was charged on Nov. 25 with grand larceny of a motor vehicle, offense involving stolen vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance, three counts, all felonies.

• Jeff Manuel Caraballo was charged on Nov. 30 with burglary, three counts; obtaining or possessing credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit card, credit account or debit card without consent of cardholder; and fraudulent use of credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit account or debit card, four counts, all felonies.

• Dominic Arcangelo Cocco was charged on Nov. 24 with robbery with use of a deadly weapon, a felony.

• Ronda Lou Lucas, aka Ronda Lou Concialdi was charged on Nov. 25 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jeff Manuel Caraballo was charged on Nov. 25 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, invasion of the home, burglary, two counts, grand larceny, all felonies; injury to other property and possession of instrument with burglarious intent, both gross misdemeanors.

• Gordon Frapp was charged on Nov. 30 with embezzlement of motor vehicle from person 60 years of age or older, a felony.

• David Evan Ellis was charged on Nov. 24 with malicious prosecution, a felony.

• Christine Colleen MacDonald was charged on Nov. 23 with invasion of the home, a felony; injury to other property, a gross misdemeanor; entering property with intention to damage or destroy property, vagrancy lodging, disturbing the peace and unlawful trespass upon land, all misdemeanors.

• Pierce Lewis Bornick was charged on Nov. 19 with coercion, disturbing the peace and battery, all misdemeanors.

• Christine Lynn Mitchell was charged on Nov. 30 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Donna Ann Hale was charged on Nov. 16 with disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor.

• Jeffrey Scott Stevens was charged on Dec. 1 with domestic battery and battery, both misdemeanors.
