Dwarf Nationals are at the Pahrump Valley Speedway this Saturday

The Dwarf invasion will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Pahrump Valley Speedway. Over 70 Dwarf cars will be headed to Pahrump Valley Speedway to battle for top dog.

The Dwarf Nationals are an annual event just for Dwarf Class drivers.

This event is sponsored by the Western States Dwarf Car Association. Points won at this event count toward a championship.

According to the association, drivers can also participate in four national events and two regional events which count for points toward this championship.

The National Weather Service said there is a chance of showers for Saturday so come prepared.

Chad Broadhead, speedway owner, said the race will not be canceled.

“If we get rained out, then we will possibly finish it on Sunday,” he said. “Whatever happens, we will find a way to get the races in.”
