At the Pahrump Valley Speedway, the third annual Relay for Life Powder Puff was held on April 26 with Pahrump Valley high school student, Andi Bishop, getting first place. Second place went to Bailey Chappell and third went to Reagan Van Engen.

On Saturday, the track will have the “Late Model Clash”, which features a $1,000 to win. Second place is $750 and 3rd place is $500. The racing starts at 7 p.m.

First annual Pahrump Youth Softball Summer Softball Camp: Camp will be from June 17-19, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The ages are from 8-15 and the location is Ian Duetch Park. Camp cost is $125 per player and $100 per additional sibling. To register, call 800-222-8152.
