WEEKEND EVENTS

• Pahrump Social Powwow

Friday through Sunday, Petrack Park, 21st annual Inter-tribal Social Powwow, Native American music, dancing and crafts, food and vendors, free admittance.

Hours are noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 22, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Nov. 23, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Nov. 24. The grand entry is set for noon on Saturday and noon on Sunday. For more visit www.pahrumppowwow.com or call 775-209-3444.

The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) will make a proclamation presentation following the Grand Entry Walk on Saturday.
