• Angel David Uribe was charged on Sept. 8 with burglary, burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon, battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm and possession of a controlled substance.

• Christopher Raymond Biddy was charged on Sept. 4 with failure to appear.

• Donald Lee Porter was charged on Sept. 2 with unlawful trespass upon land.

• Joseph Charles Woolbright was charged on Sept. 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; security for payment of tort liabilities required; and stopping, standing or parking prohibited in specified places.

• Seth Lincoln Holtwick was charged on Sept. 2 with battery with use of a deadly weapon.

• Virgil Neal Pringle was charged on Sept. 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle; security for payment of tort liabilities required; duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
