District Attorney’s report

• Ronald Lynn Klemmer was charged on Dec. 15 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; possession of a dangerous drug without prescription, three counts, a gross misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Kelly Oliver was charged on Dec. 15 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; possession of a dangerous drug without prescription, three counts, a gross misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Alana Marie Murphy was charged with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device, a misdemeanor.

• Refugio DeJesus was charged on Dec. 16 with obstructing a public officer, resisting public officer, and disturbing the peace, all misdemeanors.

• Ever O. Molina-Massu was charged on Dec. 10 with battery, two counts; provoking assault; resisting public officer, three counts; and disturbing the peace, all misdemeanors.

• Suzanne Louise Sherman was charged on Dec. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
