• Michael Craig Cannon was charged on March 10 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Catherine Louise Willis was charged on March 10 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jordan Michael Greager was charged on April 17 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Edward Joseph Flitcraft was charged on April 29 with child abuse and neglect, a felony.

• Patricia Ann Huffines-Neibauer was charged on April 29 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, second offense, a misdemeanor.

• Mark Edward Rambo was charged on April 29 with stalking and harassment, both misdemeanors.

• Luke Dale Willis was charged on March 18 with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony; interception, interruption or delay of message sent over telephone line, a gross misdemeanor; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• James Keith Gott was charged on April 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; and basic speed, both misdemeanors.
