AYSO soccer camp is Aug. 8-Aug. 12, from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m., for ages 4-14, at Ian Deutch Park.

The camp is hosted by AYSO and UK International Soccer. The cost is $115 and if you need more info, please call Ginny Berquist at 775-513-1929.

Hot sports movie of the week

If you love a good football movie, see “My All American” which is the story of Freddie Steinmark, a safety for the University of Texas, the year they won the national title in 1969. The movie will move you to tears.

Athletic physicals by Affiliated Chiropractic, at 2250 E. Postal Road, will be on July 30 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. CASH only and cost is $20 for PVHS and RCMS students.

For Pop Warner, the physicals are $10. There will be free hot dogs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
