This Week in Sports: Homecoming Court 2016

Gear Up canned food drive

Friday, Oct. 21 at the last home football game. The game is against Mojave and if you bring a non-perishable food item to the game, you will receive $1 off admission. All food items go to the food pantry at the high school.

Bowling news: The results of the Oct. 8 9-pin no-tap tourney

Prize winners: first place, Clint Stamp 902, $38; second, Jim Hargraves 889, $26; third, Jan Mock 869, $22; fourth, Joe Matassa 836, $19; fifth, Jerry Runau 833, $12.

Side pot winners: Clint Stamp 900, $29; Jim Hargraves 822, $23; Joe Matassa 780, $13.

Note: Stamp bowled three 300 no-tap games.
