The Pahrump Valley football team gets home field advantage after it placed No. 4 in the Class 3A Southern Football League.
Mark Genet had been applying for this tag since his teens and it was the one he wanted most.
Trojans football team retakes the No. 4 spot from Mater Academy East Las Vegas after defeating Boulder City in their last game of the regular season.
In the first round of the Class 3A Southern Region Girls Soccer Playoffs Virgin Valley (No.2) defeats the Trojans 3-1 on Monday evening in a windy game.
