• Rhea Janae Chavez was charged on May 22 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Seth Lincoln Holtwick was charged on May 15 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Patricia Cristler was charged on May 21 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; license plate lamp required and possession of drug paraphernalia, six counts, all misdemeanors.

• Anthony J. Frizell was charged on May 21 with possession of a dangerous weapon, a gross misdemeanor.

• William David Piper was charged on May 15 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• John Arthur Cruz was charged on May 19 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and driving under the influence, second offense; driving while license cancelled, revoked, or suspended; and impeding traffic, all misdemeanors.
