Dawn Joy Bell was charged on Oct. 28 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood, and duty of driver to decrease speed under certain circumstances, both misdemeanors.

Bruce Lester Jordan was charged on Oct. 28 with battery by prisoner, a felony.

James Kenneth Massey was charged on Oct. 22 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Toby Reed Jones was charged on Oct. 20 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Douglas Stephan Moss was charged on Oct. 28 with battery with use of a deadly weapon.

Christopher Scott Storm was charged on Oct. 27 with ex-felon in possession of firearm(s), a felony.

John J. Trapini was charged on Oct. 27 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, ex-felon in possession of firearm, and possession of a dangerous weapon, all felonies.

Jon Michael Lindsey was charged on Oct. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts, which are misdemeanors, and possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Stacey Anne Kulish was charged on Oct. 22 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood, vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, which are misdemeanors.

James Max Jones was charged on Oct. 28 with unlawful purchase, disposal, sale or transfer of motor vehicle or parts with falsely attached, removed, defaced, altered or obliterated identification number or mark, a gross misdemeanor.

Kathi Ann Lindsey was charged on Oct. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Xavier Coronado Zarate was charged on Oct. 30 with failure to stop upon signal of peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, failure to surrender registration certificate upon demand, security for payment of tort liabilities required, and unsafe vehicle, all misdemeanors.

Bruce Lester Jordan was charged on Oct. 28 with driving on right half of roadway required, two counts; duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property, two counts; immediate notice to police officer of accident involving damage to vehicle or property, two counts; driving under the influence of alcohol with accident, second offense; security for payment of tort liabilities required and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

Thomas Eugene Watson was charged on Oct. 29 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Christian J. Reilly was charged on Oct. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; basic speed; driving without a valid license; and security for payment of tort liabilities required, all misdemeanors.

Anthony Nick Busse was charged on Oct. 20 with possession of dangerous drug without prescription, a gross misdemeanor.

Susan Elaine Dawson was charged on Oct. 27 with domestic battery and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

Charles Wilbur Ormsbee was charged on Oct. 21 with excessive noise, a misdemeanor, three counts.

Lisa Ann Lera was charged on Oct. 24 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Donald Gripp was charged on Oct. 14 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Jennifer Louise Chumbley was charged on Oct. 28 with obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Anthony Moreno was charged on Oct. 22 with intimidating a public officer, a gross misdemeanor and intoxicated pedestrian on highway, a misdemeanor.
