• Austin Lee Wilson O’Hare was charged on Dec. 30 with battery by a prisoner, two counts, a felony.

• Manuel Pelayo Espinosa was charged on Jan. 3 with offense involving stolen vehicle, two counts, a felony.

• Ronald Earl Wescoatt was charged on Jan. 3 with invasion of the home and burglary, both felonies; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Sherry Ann Sterling aka Sherri D. Sterling was charged on Jan. 3 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

Charles Daniel Galloway II was charged on Jan 3 with battery with use of a deadly weapon and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Richard Hanson was charged on Jan. 3 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, two counts; and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Marcelo Rene Morales Jr. was charged on Jan. 4 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and domestic battery, second offense, a misdemeanor.

Jordan Andrew Piper was charged on Jan. 4 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended and movement and signals for turning; signal for stopping or decreasing speed, both misdemeanors.

• Lucas Marshall Partain was charged on Dec. 29 with damage to prisons and jails, a gross misdemeanor.

• Dylan Matthew Hendrix was charged on Dec. 29 with damage to prisons and jails, a gross misdemeanor.

• Brandon Mathias Owen was charged on Dec. 30 with possession of instrument with burglarious intent, a gross misdemeanor.

• Allen Douglas Varin was charged on Jan. 4 with battery upon a peace officer and assault upon an officer, both gross misdemeanors; and unlawful trespass upon land; purchase, consumption, or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor; obstructing a public officer; resisting public officer; and petit larceny, all misdemeanors.

• Harlia Smith was charged on Jan. 4 with battery upon a peace officer and assault upon an officer, both gross misdemeanors; and unlawful trespass upon land; purchase, consumption, or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor; obstructing a public officer; resisting public officer; and petit larceny, all misdemeanors.

• Michelle Renee Butler was charged on Jan. 4 with unlawful taking of a vehicle, a gross misdemeanor.

• Matthew Ryan Koehler was charged on Jan. 4 with unlawful taking of a vehicle, a gross misdemeanor.

• Kevin Michael Alley was charged on Dec. 1 with driving motorcycle without a valid license, failure to wear helmet, unsafe vehicle, and operating motor vehicle without registration or plate, all misdemeanors.
