District Attorney’s report, April 10

• Jesse James Lewis was charged on March 31 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies.

• Johnny Edward Lotches was charged on April 2 with battery causing substantial bodily harm, a felony; and domestic battery, second offense, a misdemeanor.

• Ricky David Davidson was charged on March 26 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and theft, a misdemeanor.

• Shirley Lynett Gillard-Sides was charged on April 2 with domestic battery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of drug(s) which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, all misdemeanors.

• David Gene Robbins was charged on March 25 with child endangerment and domestic battery, both misdemeanors.

• Tori Elaine Lamar was charged on March 25 with child endangerment, two counts, both misdemeanors.
