• Brad Brooke was charged on Dec. 5 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Justin McIntosh Coday was charged on Dec. 1 with battery upon an officer, two counts and assault upon an officer, all misdemeanors.

• Kurt John Savage was charged on Dec. 8 with assault, disturbing the peace, obstructing a public officer and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Marco Antonio Perera-Solis was charged on Nov. 21 with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Albert John Wiszt III was charged on Dec. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic.
