• Frank A. Mihalovich was charged on May 11 with child abuse and neglect, a felony.

• George Walter Teetzel was charged on May 19 with conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; possession of a controlled substance; and offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense, all felonies.

• Alyssa Ann Goldstein was charged on May 19 with conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act; possession of a controlled substance; and offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense, all felonies.

• Kevin Thomas Hannah was charged on May 21 with burglary; unlawful possession, making, altering, forgery or counterfeiting of sales receipts or inventory pricing label, both felonies; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

• Rhea Janae Chavez was charged on May 22 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• William David Piper was charged on May 15 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
