Slot machine stolen from Pahrump home

Nye County Sheriff's Office detectives are asking for the public's help regarding the theft of a gaming machine out of a local residence. An older coin-style slot machine was stolen out of a Pahrump home in the central part of town between Aug. 6 and Aug. 7.

The slot is a "Double Triple Diamond" themed machine which includes three spare coin hoppers, which are internal parts designed to collect and dispense coinage. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this machine or the circumstances of this theft is urged to contact the Nye County Sheriff's Office at 775-751-7000 or confidential tips via email at NCSO_detectives@co.nye.nv.us. Callers may remain anonymous. Special to the Pahrump Valley Times
