Defense leads Trojans to victory against Cheyenne

Deon Estes scored three touchdowns to lead the Trojans past visiting Cheyenne, 20-12, on Thursday.

Pahrump lead 7-6 at halftime, but momentum changed in the third quarter when the Trojans (3-3, 2-2 Sunset League) held the Desert Shields (2-4, 2-2) out of the end zone after a first and goal on the 5 yard line.

Estes scored on a 36-yard run, and pass receptions of 20 and 30 yards.
