District Attorney’s Report, Sept. 4

• Kathleen Bernadette Davis was charged on Aug. 28 with felony child abuse resulting in substantial bodily or mental harm.

• Christian David Meyer was charged on August 25 with domestic battery, third offense, a felony and false imprisonment, a misdemeanor.

• Dale Curtis Beard was charged on August 27 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of an older person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose; and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Jimmy Ray Saunders was charged on August 24 with first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; robbery with use of a deadly weapon; and battery with use of a deadly weapon, all felonies.

• Rachelle Louise Puckett was charged on August 26 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; indecent or obscene exposure, possession of dangerous drug without prescription, both gross misdemeanors; and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or prohibited substance, a misdemeanor.

• Kenneth Chad James was charged on August 24 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Westlee Dale Tom was charged on August 26 with battery, a misdemeanor.
