Trojans football scores on first three possessions to defeat Western

LAS VEGAS — The one thing the Trojans didn’t want to do last Friday was to overlook Western and lose. It was an easy thing to do since Western hadn’t won a football game since Nov. 5, 2010. Pahrump didn’t have to worry about that for long, as they scored three unanswered touchdowns in a row in the first half (18-0) and never looked back, winning 35-14.

Trojans boys cross-country take top honors at division finals

Trojans cross-country runner Bryce Odegard won bragging rights last Saturday as he ran away with the Class 3 A Sunset League individual title on Saturday at Basic High School, beating Rylan Banegas of Cheyenne by 20 seconds and 31 other runners.
