• Lawrence Wayne Brumfield was charged on May 22 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Victor Tito Ramos was charged on May 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle, both misdemeanors.

• Ky Thomas Schneider was charged on May 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol; movement and signals for turning; signal for stopping or decreasing speed, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Taylor Anne Demaranville was charged on May 28 with reckless driving; vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, both misdemeanors.

• Thomas Martin Rodriguez was charged on May 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance; duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property; security for payment of tort liabilities required; operating motor vehicle without registration or plate; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

• John Kennedy Ming was charged on April 16 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Anthony Lamonte Spates Jr., was charged on June 4 with assault and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.

• Renee Denise Alkire was charged on May 15 with discharging firearm out of motor vehicle or structure; and domestic battery with use of a deadly weapon, both felonies; and criminal contempt, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Amanda Paige Riley was charged on June 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving, both misdemeanors.

• Jonny Guadalupe Guerrero was charged on June 11 with battery, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Daniel Erickson was charged on June 11 with domestic battery, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Jason Charles Stevens was charged on June 2 with walking along and upon highways; intoxicated pedestrian prohibited within travel portion of highway, a misdemeanor.

• Timothy James Persson was charged on May 22 with stalking and annoying telephone calls, both misdemeanors.

• Ryan Prickett was charged on June 2 with harassment, a misdemeanor.

• Heather Marie Connors was charged on June 2 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Harl Homer Stoner was charged on May 22 with harassment, two counts, both misdemeanors.

Pinkbox opening in Pahrump Nugget

Pahrump man injured in gunfire with deputy

Nye County Sheriff Joe McGill told the Pahrump Valley Times the incident occurred at a residence along Bunarch Road at approximately 7:30 a.m. on May 14.

Motorcycle rider flown to UMC Trauma

Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis told the Pahrump Valley Times that crews were dispatched to a report of a serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sandpebble Street and Kellogg Road on the south end of the valley at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
