John Dilauro was jailed on Aug. 13 and faces a preliminary charge of use/possess chemical for hallucinate after deputies with the Nye County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of an unknown male allegedly using narcotics inside the bathroom at Walmart, located at 300 S. Highway 160.

A loss prevention employee told deputies that the male, identified as Dilauro, was allegedly using narcotics in the bathroom. The employee reportedly said that Dilauro had locked himself in the bathroom and had his pants pulled off and was allegedly "huffing" on aerosol cans used for computers.

When deputies entered the bathroom, they reportedly saw Dilauro lying on the ground in the men's handicapped stall and "huffing" on a can of air commonly used on computers.
