District Attorney’s Report

• Laura Dawn Wright was charged on Aug. 13 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II) all felonies.

• Marco Antonio Soto was charged on Aug. 13 with invasion of the home; and burglary, both felonies.

• Patrick J. Gaffney was charged on Aug. 20 with domestic battery by strangulation; and child abuse and neglect, both felonies.

• Carlos Ibarra-Roque was charged on Aug. 21 with domestic battery, third offense; robbery; attempted grand larceny of a vehicle; invasion of the home; second degree kidnapping; all felonies; battery upon an officer; interception, interruption or delay of message sent over telephone line, both gross misdemeanors; and resisting public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Sheri Larene Lewis was charged on Aug. 18 with driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic; driving without a valid license; and instruction, restricted instruction and temporary drivers' permits, all misdemeanors.

• Joseph Williams was charged on Aug. 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

• Cassandra Kay Jones was charged on Aug. 18 with domestic battery and obstructing a public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Michael John Lahey was charged on Aug. 18 with aiming a firearm at a human being; discharging a firearm where person might be endangered, a gross misdemeanor.

• Kevin Myronn Armstrong was charged on Aug. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol with accident and duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property, both misdemeanors.

• Kay Irene Knapp was charged on Aug. 24 with vehicle entering intersection marked 'stop' or 'yield"; driving while license canceled, revoked or suspended; security for payment of tort liabilities required; and suspended vehicle registration, all misdemeanors.
