Helicopters: Nevada Army Guard demonstrates hoisting

Members of the Nevada Army Guard demonstrated a hoist mission from UH-72 Lakota helicopters at a support facility in Southern Nevada this fall.

The six Lakota helicopters are used to conduct search and rescue, medical evacuation, rescue hoist and disaster response missions assisting state and military officials.

The support facility is near the North Las Vegas Airport.
