• Raul Boza aka Raul Boza-Diaz was charged on Feb. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense and driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended.

• Gary Marion Costa-Ayres was charged on Feb. 13 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon, child abuse and neglect, and unlawfully allowing child to be present during commission of certain situations which involve controlled substances.

• Summer Leanne Millar was charged on Feb. 13 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon, child abuse and neglect, and unlawfully allowing child to be present during commission of certain situations which involve controlled substances.

• Michael Ray Cardwell was charged on Feb. 13 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon, child abuse and neglect, and unlawfully allowing child to be present during commission of certain situations which involve controlled substances.

• Irvin Eugene McQueen was charged on Feb. 13 with battery causing substantial bodily harm.

• Matthew Aaron Hyatt was charged on Feb. 14 with battery by a prisoner.

• Richard Ross was charged on Feb. 18 with stalking and violation of temporary or extended domestic violence protective order, two counts.

• Whitney Dawn Lewis was charged on Feb. 14 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance.

• Timothy T. Martin was charged on Feb. 18 with basic speed and having an open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle.

• Kyle Brenten Shelton was charged on Feb. 18 with burglary, grand larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

• Lori Grace Harvey was charged on Feb. 19 with possession of a controlled substance.

• Michael Daniel Robinson was charged on Feb.24 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.
