Background: “A few years ago, we were thinking about New Year’s resolutions, including, as usual, losing the extra weight we’d piled on over the years. Then our son’s pastor casually mentioned from the pulpit, that he planned to get healthier, using a system called Take Shape For Life. Taking that ‘hint,’ we decided to look into TSFL. By October, Van had lost 131 pounds and Maureen 48! A great many folks then kept asking us ‘How’d you lose so much so quick?’ So, being so blessed, it just seemed right to us to pay it forward by sharing TSFL with other under our health coaching business, ‘Super Health.’”

Personal: “We try to be very involved in the wonderful community. We’re members of the chamber of commerce. We also lead the faith formation outreach in our parish. Finding those ways to focus outwardly has greatly enriched our own lives.”
