Letters to the editor

Trump can be bombastic, crude, and rude, at the same time feel very fortunate and proud to be fortunate enough to be part of this country that made it possible for him to make a fortune.

Dishware resentment important to happy marriage

Dishware selection occurs only a couple of times during the marital journey. The first happens when the couple becomes engaged. Getting quality leadership in our American democracy can be a bit of a crapshoot. Sometimes we’re lucky enough to get it, but often not. Good leadership is less important when the economy is vigorous and society stable. It’s harder to rock the boat on a smooth sea. However, when things are not A-1, as in America and much of the world today, quality leadership is vital.
