Guide for future cultural explorers

I sometimes do historical research and occasionally come across names or terms that are unknown to me. Recently, for instance, I came across the term “Macpherson Blues.” It took me quite a while to identify. Reporters constantly miss important policy stories in order to find less important political angles on those same stories.

Good leadership is less important when the economy is vigorous and society stable. It’s harder to rock the boat on a smooth sea. However, when things are not A-1, as in America and much of the world today, quality leadership is vital.
