Emissions fraud allegations settlement with Fiat, Bosch

Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford agreed to settle with both Fiat Chrysler and Robert Bosch in relation to “‘defeat device’ software intended to circumvent applicable emissions standards for certain air pollutants.
