PRIMM — Eleven Trojan wrestlers spent a long, tough day Saturday, proudly wrestling their hearts out for championship positions at the State Championship Division 1-A Tournament at Primm.
The Lady Muckers will be fighting for the Division IV Nevada State Championship tournament this weekend in Reno. Although making the state tourney for the second time in a row is big, the Muckers want to win it.
The Tonopah wrestling team was represented by three wrestlers at the Nevada State Wrestling Championships at Primm last Saturday. The three wrestlers were Kekoa Elliot at 160 pounds, TJ Ayers at 170 pounds and Tanner Otteson at 106 pounds.
